Guidelines for Platform Presentations

For a 45-minute time slot, please prepare a 40-minute presentation.

For a 20-minute time slot, please prepare a 15-minute presentation.

For a 15-minute time slot, please prepare a 10-minute presentation.

5 minutes at the end of each talk will be designated for questions and discussion.

The presentation slides should be uploaded to the presentation computer at the latest during the break before the session.

 

Guidelines for Posters

The poster should preferably be A0 size (841 x 1189 mm), portrait format.

The poster stand dimensions will be 1000 mm in width and 2500 mm in height.

Posters will be displayed during the two days of the conference (10 – 11 October).

 

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

 

Preparation of Abstracts

Please use the template for abstract preparation and follow the layout, font, and font size when preparing the abstract. The abstract should be a single paragraph of a maximum of 300 words and written in English.

Submission of Abstracts

All abstracts must be submitted through the online registration system. Please go to the Registration page, use the form “Registration with abstract submission” and upload the Word file of the abstract at the end of the form.

 

Notification of Abstract Acceptance

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed and evaluated by the Conference Committee. Authors will be notified by 6 July 2023 about the acceptance of their abstract by email.

Decisions on late-breaking abstracts will be made and sent to the authors 5  September 2023.

 

Publication of Conference Abstracts

After the conference, accepted abstracts will be published in a dedicated issue of Proceedings (ISSN: 2504-3900) using a Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). This will be free of charge to the authors.

Each abstract will receive a digital object identifier (DOI).
